Join Our Team as an Account Manager!
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Account Manager fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese. This role is ideal for someone ready to lead a dynamic team and manage operations across multiple residential buildings in the Metro Vancouver area.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clients and strata/property management to understand needs and resolve service-related issues promptly.
- Supervise and lead a team of janitorial staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Lead, guide, and support Field Supervisors onsite at assigned buildings.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address concerns.
- Manage staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and efficient resource utilization.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Demonstrate flexibility by working across various locations throughout the Metro Vancouver area.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese (required).
- Proven experience in janitorial, facilities management, or building management.
- Exceptional client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (must have a vehicle).
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- $60,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications) plus monthly gas allowance.
