Education/Experience:
- Fresh BS degree graduate or diploma/ certificate
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in Payroll, time keeping and Accounting
- Familiar with country labor regulations
- Experience with ADP payroll and Oracle system

- Familiar with rules, regulations and laws related to paying associates.
- Familiar with multi-state payroll processing and tax implications.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all day-to-day timekeeping administrative functions.
- Compiles, reviews, and enters data into time attendance system. Collects, records, tracks, and verifies data and information from multiple sources
- Perform time keeping sign-off on timely manner during each payroll cut-off date so that data will be transmitted to payroll system for payment.
- Ensure the accuracy of the time attendance and leave related data input against data feeds from HR system and other substantial systems.
- Ensure time keeping processes are executed appropriately and in a timely manner along with ensuring accurate attendance records and leave data.
- Comply with labor regulations, social security regulations and tax regulations on time attendance related matters.
- Ensure time keeping processes and procedures are flawlessly administered, new processes and policies adequately documented and communicated.
- Work closely with Payroll Analyst, HR partners, IT & other departments, internal and external auditors.
- Support internal SOX audits and external audits ensuring deadlines are met and each request is responded to with a timely and accurate response.
- Ensure appropriate internal controls, approval and validation are adhered to for the time keeping processes.
- Handle enquiries related to time attendance from employees and resolve any issues arising.
- Maintain good rapport with shared services center through remote working relationship.
- Point of contact for Time keeping/Leave management system.
- Participate in User Acceptance Test (UAT) for any improvement projects related to payroll and timekeeping.
- Process statutory reporting in accordance with statutory timeline and ensure statutory compliance.
- Manage Payroll related documents distribution (i.e. year-end remuneration statement, tax receipt, social security book, etc.).
