Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle customer AR inquiries via phone, email, fax, mail
- Answer between 50-100 incoming calls daily
- Apply any unapplied payments on a weekly basis
- Process Daily Credit Card Payments
- Research returned mail and re-send
- Attach documentation to customers’ accounts as needed
- Revise invoices in excel and forward on to customer or site personnel
- Make account changes in the system based on customer requests
- Assist team members with administrative duties as needed
- Compile and send Statements
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in Customer Service
- Accounts Receivable background preferred
- Microsoft Office, w/Basic Excel skills
- High attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task
- Team player and be able to work collaboratively
- Dedicated to Liberty’s ongoing relationship with internal and external customers
