Black & Grey HR is recruiting for Growing <\/span><\/span>Solar Street Lighting Manufacturer specializing in urban, street, and landscape lighting solutions. Our client is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive sales, secure government and private sector contracts, and expand their market presence in the UAE and beyond. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities:â<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span> \- Identify and secure new business opportunities with government bodies, municipalities, construction firms, and infrastructure developers. <\/span>
<\/span> \- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for solar street lighting projects. <\/span>
<\/span> \- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events. <\/span>
<\/span> \- Launch and promote new solar lighting products in the market. <\/span>
<\/span> \- Manage costing, budgeting, and pricing strategies for projects. <\/span>
<\/span> \- Oversee product registration and compliance with local regulations. <\/span>
<\/span> \- Provide sales support, including technical presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations. <\/span>
<\/span> \- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. <\/span>
<\/span> \- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. <\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>

<\/span> \- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development\/sales in solar lighting, street lighting, or related industries. <\/span>
<\/span> \- Proven track record of securing government tenders and large\-scale projects. <\/span>
<\/span> \- Strong understanding of solar street lighting technology, urban lighting solutions, and renewable energy markets. <\/span>
<\/span> \- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. <\/span>
<\/span> \- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events. <\/span>
