KL&A is seeking a Project Manager to help shape a more sustainable built environment�advancing the role of structural engineers in reducing embodied carbon while driving innovation, collaboration, and impact.
As part of our Team Carbon, this position blends technical depth, environmental purpose, and strategic influence. This Project Manager will play a key role in marketing and business development, strengthening partnerships, and supporting projects through carbon education and advocacy internally and across the AEC industry. Beyond advancing our low-carbon initiatives, this role offers the opportunity to continue hands-on design work on diverse engineering projects, ensuring a dynamic balance between technical practice and sustainability leadership.
