Masdar is the UAE’s clean energy champion and one of the largest companies of its kind in the world, advancing the development and deployment of renewable energy and green hydrogen technologies to address global sustainability challenges. To develop and create programmes for Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week (ADSW) including, but not limited to, the ADSW Summit, the Green Hydrogen Summit, and other programming elements such as Roundtables and Web-series. To support on content related activities and act as the liaison with the Marketing & Communications team at ADSW (Masdar) and the third-party service provider, and with key internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure that all objectives are achieved on time.
Responsibilities :
- Work with management and contract awarding process for the Summit in line with policies, procedures and business requirements.
- Develop potential speaker list in line with ADSW objectives.
- Develop all required presentation material and templates relevant for the smooth delivery of all events.
- In conjunction with Management, lead the relationship with the appointed Content Partner on all matters related to the Summit as per their duties outlined in agreed contract.
- Liaise and coordinate with Events & Operations regarding the Summit build.
- Develop and execute communications plan for the Summit working with Masdar’s Corporate Communications team.
- Develop and execute programs for ADSW and related events throughout the year, as needed ensuring that all targets and objectives are met in line with standards.
- Ensure that all high-level speakers, including celebrities, ministers, and the Heads of States, are properly briefed in accordance with Masdar standards.
