Job Description
Executive Assistant to the Plant leader
Provide comprehensive support to the Plant Leader through meeting coordination, communication support, documentation, and timely follow-up on action items.
Integrity, Compliance & Governance Champion
Ensure adherence to policies, audit readiness, ethics and compliance processes, training completion, and governance documentation across the plant.
CSR, Branding & Diversity & Inclusion Champion
Lead plant-level CSR initiatives, act as the Branding SPOC for internal/external visibility, and champion Diversity & Inclusion programs, ensuring inclusive practices and culture-building activities.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Act as the central liaison between plant departments, corporate teams, customers, and external partners; prepare presentations, communication materials, project updates, and maintain streamlined communication flow.
Project Tracking, KPI Support & Engagement Leadership
Track KPIs while driving employee engagement, recognition, D&I events, and culture-enhancing initiatives.
