This role combines deep functional and technical expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Materials Management (MM) modules with leadership in solution design, process standardization, and large-scale ERP implementations. You will help shape the transformation roadmap, ensure alignment with business objectives, and deliver scalable, efficient solutions leveraging SAP S/4HANA and integrations with third‑party systems.
- Serve as the functional lead providing technical and process expertise, driving solution and process standardization across SAP PP and integrated platforms.
- Partner with Product Owners and Managers to define scope, confirm required customizations, and identify value drivers; advise on design decisions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and technical teams to shape the Solution Roadmap and Architecture Runway, ensuring integration with Finance, Sales, Logistics, Project Systems (including ETO/CTO), Supply Chain, and third‑party systems.
- Lead and support Agile delivery teams through sprint planning, execution, and backlog management; ensure timely delivery of user stories and resolution of defects.
- Oversee development, testing, and end‑to‑end process validation; define test scope and ensure coverage for complex manufacturing scenarios.
- Drive risk mitigation, clear impediments, and provide guidance to maintain alignment with program vision and standards.
- Coordinate cross‑functional activities including stakeholder engagement, change management, and execution of comprehensive cutover plans for business and technical readiness.
- Promote innovation and problem‑solving to minimize customizations while meeting user needs; foster collaboration and continuous improvement across distributed teams.
- Actively participate in program ceremonies such as PI Planning and backlog grooming to maintain transparency and alignment.
