What Your Impact Is
Serve as a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 clients, providing onsite support and strategic guidance.
Conduct safety risk assessments, inspections, and observations to ensure compliance and protect personnel.
Develop and implement innovative EHS programs in areas such as Hazard Communication, Injury Illness Prevention, Chemical Management, and Process Safety.
Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
Build strong client relationships and deliver high-quality solutions that exceed expectations.
What You'll Bring
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Occupational Health, Engineering, or related science (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of EHS experience with private-sector clients.
Certified Site Surveillance Technician (CSST) or Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC).
Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal EHS regulations.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and client-focused.
Willingness to travel to and be at client site(s) for up to 40 hours/week primarily within the Northern California Bay Area, California.
Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.

Preferred:
Master’s degree in Safety, Occupational Health, Engineering, or related field.
Expertise in California-specific EHS regulations and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Perform building hazardous materials inspections, oversight, and sampling.
Support construction safety, industrial hygiene, and behavior-based safety initiatives.
Conduct assessments in areas such as chemical/lab safety, electrical safety (NFPA 70E), fire prevention, robotics safety, and more.
Collect and analyze field data; prepare technical reports and recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement EHS programs and strategies.
Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance across all deliverables.
For the Consultant, EnvironmentalHealth and Safety position, the anticipated annual base pay is $76,000 – $97,410 USD. Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible).
