The Opportunity: A Role Where You Can Make Your Mark
This is a critical, hands-on role for someone who can bring expertise, structure, and influence to a fast-growing business. You’ll help us identify gaps, refine our systems, and guide us toward the next level of operational maturity — ensuring our people, products, and practices reflect our commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
This role is based in Las Vegas and reports to the Global Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) Manager in Sydney, Australia. It will work closely with and be supported by our EVP of Delivery in Nevada, USA.
The role offers a unique opportunity to make an impact on both national and global projects, with required travel for hands-on collaboration and implementation. You will play a key role in our efforts to exceed customer expectations and become a leader in the U.S. and other markets around the world.

What You’ll Do
You’ll be a vital part of our team, working closely with key stakeholders across the global business. Your day-to-day activities will involve:
- Lead and enhance our HSEQ systems across U.S. operations.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA/ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 requirements.
- Conduct workplace inspections, internal audits, and training programs.Manage Return to Work programs, safety reporting, and corrective actions.
- Oversee contractor and supplier assessments.
- Track and report HSEQ metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay current with U.S. regulations and best practices to ensure compliance in our operations.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years’ experience in Health and Safety, Environmental, or Quality roles.
- 30-hour OSHA training (or equivalent experience).
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001; Internal Auditor certification preferred.
- Proven ability to improve systems, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset with strong influencing and relationship-building skills.
- Tech proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or iAuditor.
- (Preferred) CSP or CSHM certification.
- Candidates must have full work authorization in the US.
