We are seeking a Warehouse Office Manager to support daily operations for our busy pallet facility in Plainview, TX. This is a hands-on administrative role located inside an active warehouse, not a traditional front office environment.
You will work directly with the Plant Manager, Operations, Corporate, and HR to support shipping/receiving, inventory, labor reporting, and daily administrative workflows.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Shipping, Receiving & Logistics Support
Coordinate all inbound and outbound shipments of pallets and materials.
Assist drivers, sign bills of lading, and manage paperwork.
Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory logs.
Work closely with production and forklift operators to route materials and track workflow.
Warehouse Administrative & Office Functions
Manage timecard reviews, corrections, and daily attendance tracking.
Prepare daily/weekly labor reports for Operations and Corporate.
Support HR processes including orientation scheduling, new hire paperwork, and basic employee documentation.
Maintain inventory counts for pallets, materials, and supplies.
Support data entry, recordkeeping, scheduling, and general administrative tasks.
Communication & Customer Interaction
Serve as the administrative point of contact for onsite management, corporate teams, drivers, and customers.
Ensure timely updates to customer inventory reports and shipping documentation.
Important Work Environment Note
This position is inside an active warehouse, not a desk-only office. You will be around:
Wood pallets (CHEP, PECO, mixed hardwood pallets)
Forklift traffic
Warehouse noise
Outdoor dock areas
Wood chips, dust, and debris at times
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a hands-on warehouse admin environment, not a quiet corporate office.
What You’ll Need
3+ years of experience in operations administration, warehouse administration, logistics coordination, or HR admin.
Strong experience in shipping/receiving paperwork, timekeeping systems, or inventory control.
Associate degree preferred but not required.
Strong communication and organization skills.
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and interacting with drivers and production teams.
Ability to multitask and handle fast-moving operations activities.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Warehouse setting with forklifts and moving equipment
Moderate noise
Ability to walk warehouse floor and lift up to 25–40 lbs occasionally
Use of PPE required (safety shoes, vests, glasses as needed)
