As a Sustainability Strategy Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in advancing DLL’s sustainability strategy. You will work closely with colleagues across the sustainability, commercial, finance, and risk departments, providing analytical insights and supporting the integration of sustainability into DLL’s commercial and portfolio management activities.

Day to day:
As part of your role, you will:
Analyze and forecast sustainable finance growth, leveraging commercial planning, sector-level decarbonization trends, and asset-level insights.
Monitor financed emissions across various sectors in DLL’s portfolio supporting the company’s climate commitments.
Incorporate circularity and other ESG metrics into DLL’s portfolio management strategy, integrating measurement and classification.
Conduct research on sustainability standards and commitments relevant to DLL, ensuring ongoing compliance and identifying future opportunities.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders to drive sustainability adoption and measure progress.
Support the development and implementation of sustainability metrics, tools, and reporting frameworks.
Engage with stakeholders across the organization to promote best practices and foster a culture of sustainability.

Essentials:
Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Strategic Management, Sustainable Business & Innovation, Business Information / Analytics Management, a relevant Master of Science in Engineering).
2–3 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, sustainability, or a related analytical role.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
Understanding of sustainability and climate-related topics, including sustainable finance, decarbonization, and circular economy.
Experience with stakeholder management and the ability to communicate complex topics to diverse audiences.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Extras:
Proficiency in the Dutch language is considered a plus.
Demonstrated initiatives that showcase leadership or management skills, such as leading projects, teams, or cross-functional collaborations.
