A reputable veterinary network is seeking a Travel Operations Veterinarian to support a group of hospitals across the Florida Panhandle and Gulf Coast, including communities near Chipley, Panama City, and Pensacola. This position blends clinical medicine with leadership and mentorship, making it ideal for a seasoned veterinarian or an associate doctor ready to grow into a regional role.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality medical and surgical care at multiple practices within the region

Mentor and support veterinarians, including recent graduates

Collaborate with hospital leaders to enhance efficiency, client satisfaction, and team engagement

Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new doctors

Promote medical consistency and uphold best practices across all supported locations
