Territory Sales Executive – Sustainability Solutions
Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Executive to generate profitable growth within an assigned region. This role focuses on building strong client relationships and delivering tailored environmental solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations. The position involves managing both new business development and retention of existing accounts, with a strong emphasis on expanding service offerings and driving strategic success for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline targeting a full suite of environmental services.
- Drive revenue growth with existing accounts through strategic account planning and service expansion.
- Maintain client relationships while identifying opportunities for pricing optimization and improved satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM tools daily to track activities, document interactions, and build detailed profiles of prospective customers.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitive dynamics to anticipate evolving customer needs.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of available services and pricing structures to offer integrated waste and environmental solutions.
- Complete all required agreements, reports, and documentation accurately and on time.
- Travel weekly within the territory, including overnight trips as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proven success in generating new business opportunities within the environmental sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of environmental solutions and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Oil & Gas Industry Experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Minimum Requirements
- Combination of education and at least 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Minimum of 2 years in a direct sales role with demonstrated ability to identify and address customer needs.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to attend client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
