We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative Non-Production Environment Lead to join our growing technology team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the planning, coordination, and support of all non-production environments across the firm—ensuring they are stable, secure, and ready to support development, testing, and integration activities.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including development, infrastructure, testing, and third-party vendors to ensure our environments are aligned with both project and operational needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of environment management through automation, cloud adoption, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
Lead the lifecycle of non-production environments: provisioning, maintenance, and decommissioning.
Ensure environments are secure, compliant, and fit for purpose.
Collaborate on CI/CD enablement and automation strategies.
Manage incidents and service requests related to environment issues.
Partner with infrastructure and cloud teams to support scalability and performance.
Maintain clear documentation and enforce governance standards.
What You’ll Bring
3+ years of experience managing non-production environments in complex IT landscapes.
Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Familiarity with containerisation (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code tools.
Experience with data masking, synthetic data, and GDPR compliance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across Agile and Waterfall environments.
Why Join Us?
We’re committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels they belong. You’ll be part of a people-first culture that values collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.
