Your day to day as a Valet Trash Foreman

In this vital role, you will assist the local supervisor in delivering exceptional valet doorstep trash collection services within your assigned territory. As a foreman, you will take charge of nightly doorstep trash pickups at apartment properties when team members are unavailable, ensuring that service standards remain high. Your responsibilities will also include conducting thorough walk-throughs of properties experiencing service issues to uphold quality control. Additionally, you'll perform courtesy check-ins with onsite team members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
