Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of multiple complex projects across different geographies through SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) principles.
- Drive complex customer negotiations including regular senior leadership report out.
- Define project scopes, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans in line with stakeholders.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks; develop and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Train and mentor PM’s, DPM and Project Coordinators
- Monitor and report project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Proactively contribute to continuous improvements initiatives and drive ITO lessons learned feedback.
- Represent the Regional Leader when required.
- Presents projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders .
Required Qualifications
- Master of Science degree.
- Established project management skills.
- Strong executive presenc and communication skills.
- ITO & OTR previous experience.
- Fluent in English & German.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and resolve complex challenges.
- Business acumen & financial skills.
