- Design & Work Order Development: Develop work orders to perform design modifications to new and existing plant components
- Work Planning & Process Improvement: Utilize nuclear plant work planning experience to streamline work package planning process and help mentor planners to reduce errors
- Coordination & Collaboration: Coordinate and interface with site and ENERCON engineering disciplines. Develop professional relationships with client counterparts
- Field Leadership & Issue Resolution: Demonstrate field/plant leadership by providing identification and resolution to potential design modification issues. Resolve technical issues via site walkdowns, personal experience, and communication with client counterparts such as planners, Craft, Operations, etc
- Compliance & Safety: Understand and follow organizational, area/departmental, and client procedures, safety policies, and directives
- Performance Goals: Meet applied time goals set for position/discipline
