End User Technology Comms
- Deliver end user communications, supporting GE Vernova’s Chief Technology Office, Chief Information Security Office and Enabling Functions applications and operations – Tool/applications and system changes; TSA exits
- End User Outage Communications
Organizational Communications
- Produce monthly DT employee newsletter to drive awareness around DT system, tool and process changes, including managing content crowdsourcing processes and timelines
- Contribute DT end user content to GE Vernova’s Future Ready transformation newsletter as needed
- Manage DT intranet site content with an agile approach
Comms Operations
- DT End User Comms Calendar and Standard Work
Additional Details
- IT subject matter familiarity is preferred; prior corporate communications or agency experience is required for this position.
Skills & Abilities:
- Exceptional writing, editing and proofing skills
- Strong organizational and process management skills
- Ability to write effectively for a variety of different formats and for different intended audiences
- Experience with list management
- Experience with content management and publishing software – knowledge of Staffbase or a similar content management platform a plus
- Competence in the use of standard software products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Basic graphic design (e.g., image manipulation); position does not require advanced graphics/layout skills
- Creative problem solver. Self-starter and self-managing
