The Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist will focus on Intern/New Grad Recruiting to support our intern and early-career hiring programs in the engineering space. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping students and recent graduates launch their careers, while building foundational experience in recruiting. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring for interns and new grads, coordinate university recruiting events, and partner closely with Head of TA, hiring managers and HR to deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
Responsibilities
Intern & New Grad Hiring
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for intern and entry-level engineering positions, including job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure role requirements are met.
- Coordinate and support onboarding for interns and new hires.
University & Early Talent Programs
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, career centers, and student organizations.
- Organize and attend campus career fairs, information sessions, and networking events.
- Support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives by broadening outreach to underrepresented talent.
Candidate Experience & Branding
- Ensure a seamless, professional, and positive candidate journey throughout the hiring process.
- Represent the company as a brand ambassador to students, faculty, and early-career talent.
- Support social media and employer branding campaigns for intern and new grad opportunities.
Recruitment Operations & Reporting
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Track and report on recruiting activity, candidate pipeline, and hiring outcomes.
- Provide insights on intern program performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, campus hiring, or HR support (internship or full-time).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition, university relations, and early-career program development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage students and stakeholders.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
