Cleantech Civils is seeking an experienced and highly organised On-Site Foreman to join our team for a project located in Lough Mask, Co. Mayo. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction professional.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and deliveries
Ensure compliance with company procedures, health & safety regulations, and project specifications
Manage site documentation, daily reports, and quality checks
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients as required
Drive productivity and maintain a positive working environment
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Site Foreman or similar supervisory role
Strong knowledge of civil engineering and groundworks
Proven track record of leading site teams and delivering projects to schedule
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to uphold high safety and quality standards
Full driver's licence and flexibility regarding site needs
Safe pass.
