We are looking for a Team Lead to lead our Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) team of 20 experienced professionals. The team delivers CIAM services, providing identity management solutions for companies serving consumer or business customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership:
- Guide the team to achieve delivery, performance, and utilization goals.
- Optimize resource allocation and maintain strong focus on billability.
- Drive competence development and capability growth.
- Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a positive team culture.
- Delivery Management & Development:
- Oversee CIAM service deliveries and ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with other team leads and sales/business management.
- Contribute to developing IAM offerings, frameworks, and best practices.
- Customer Engagement:
- Dedicate approximately 20% of your time to hands-on customer work in IAM projects as needed.
This position will be located in Espoo and you will report to the IAM Head of Competence Management & Delivery. Fluency in Finnish and English is essential for this position.

QualificationsYou are an experienced leader with a proven track record of successfully managing expert teams, ideally within a consultancy environment. You bring hands-on experience in delivering CIAM services or other IAM services, enabling you to understand your team’s work and contribute directly when needed.
We’re looking for someone who combines strong leadership skills with the ability to develop both people and services - driving team growth, enhancing capabilities, and shaping the future of our CIAM offerings.
