Crete United seeks a full-time Sr. Strategic Account Manager for our Enterprise Accounts team. The ideal candidate will be able to drive overall revenue and growth for existing Enterprise customer. This position will strengthen relationships and provide support to existing customer base while maintaining a high level of service excellence. The focus of this position is to serve our customers’ needs as the primary business contact for facilitating all internal and external stakeholders. The goal is to grow our business profitably by providing our customers with great, responsive and friendly service.
This position will report to the VP of Strategic Accounts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure client satisfaction and provide high level, best-in-class professional support
- Employing strong interpersonal and communication skills to successfully identify, qualify, and win sales opportunities
- Managing a pipeline of active deals to ensure long term book-of-business sustainability
- Creating and achieving long-term and short-term account-based revenue objectives (i.e. Annual Business Plan, Quarterly Business Reviews, etc.)
- Developing and maintaining trusted relationships with senior level decision makers in your assigned accounts
- Proactively schedule and participate in face to face account meetings with top customer base. Includes tradeshows and customer events.
- Accurately forecast costs and sales for projects and track these over time to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goals.
- Research and make recommendations for potential service enhancements or modifications to meet the ever-changing needs of the customer base.
- Ensure project documents, scope, procedures, reports, and other information is available to all necessary personnel to maximize Crete United’s quality expectations, productivity and success on each project.
- Identify potential and resolve existing project issues quickly and thoroughly.
- Exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets
Roughly 10-15% travel (sometimes over-night) is required
- Other job duties as assigned.
