We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sustainability
Program Manager<\/b> to lead and coordinate ESG, climate, and corporate
sustainability initiatives across a leading global organization. The successful
candidate will have a proven track record of delivering net -zero strategies<\/b>,
managing cross -functional sustainability programs<\/b>, and ensuring
alignment with regulatory frameworks<\/b> such as TCFD<\/b>, CDP<\/b>,
and SBTi<\/b>.

As the Sustainability Program Manager, you will drive the
development and implementation of corporate environmental strategies, track
performance against carbon reduction goals<\/b>, and engage stakeholders at
all levels to foster a culture of sustainability and climate responsibility.

<\/div>Job Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/p>
Design,
implement, and oversee corporate sustainability and ESG programs<\/b>
<\/li>Lead
stakeholder engagement across departments to align business operations
with sustainability goals
<\/li>Develop
and manage carbon footprint assessments<\/b>, GHG reporting<\/b>, and emission
reduction plans<\/b>
<\/li>Monitor
and report on progress against internal targets and external frameworks
(e.g., SBTi, TCFD, CDP)
<\/li>Liaise
with consultants, auditors, and partners to support ESG disclosures and
external ratings
<\/li>Track
sustainability metrics and present to executive leadership
<\/li>Ensure
compliance with emerging regulations, voluntary frameworks, and client ESG
expectations
<\/li>Identify
opportunities to embed sustainability into supply chain, operations, and
product lifecycle

Requirements<\/h3>
Required Skills<\/b>
<\/p>
In -depth
knowledge of corporate sustainability<\/b>, carbon accounting<\/b>,
and ESG reporting standards
<\/li>Familiarity
with SBTi<\/b>, CDP<\/b>, GHG Protocol<\/b>, TCFD<\/b>, and CSRD<\/b>
<\/li>Strong
project management and cross -functional collaboration skills
<\/li>Excellent
written and verbal communication for reporting and stakeholder engagement
<\/li>Proficiency
in MS Excel<\/b>, Power BI<\/b>, or carbon management platforms (e.g.,
Sphera, Persefoni)
<\/li><\/ul>

Degree
or postgraduate qualification in Environmental Science<\/b>, Sustainability<\/b>, Climate Policy<\/b>, or similar
<\/li>Familiarity
with ISO 14001<\/b>, LCAs<\/b>, and circular economy principles<\/b>
<\/li>Experience
engaging with procurement or supply chain sustainability initiatives
<\/li>Data
analysis and dashboard reporting tools experience
<\/li>LEED,
IEMA, or other professional certifications a plus
