Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant industry experience.

CSP or ASP certification preferred.

3–5 years of experience in Health & Safety, Environmental, or related field.

Must meet eligibility requirements for Controlled Goods, CUI, and ITAR.

Working knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 preferred.

RCRA Hazardous Waste Safety Training (with annual refresher).

OSHA 30-Hour General Industry Training.

HAZWOPER 40-Hour Training (with annual refresher).

Ability to read and interpret industry standards and regulatory requirements.

General knowledge of environmental hazards and HSE principles.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Windows, and internet tools.

Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and SQL queries is an asset.

High-level data collection, analysis, and reporting skills.

Strong attention to detail and ownership of quality and compliance.

Ability to perform audits independently.
