<\/div>Role Overview<\/b>
<\/p>
We are urgently seeking an experienced Senior Platform
Architect<\/b> with proven expertise in Monitoring and Reporting within
on -premises environments<\/b>. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
designing, architecting, and aligning monitoring and reporting solutions with
complex enterprise customer requirements. This role demands strong technical
knowledge of monitoring tools, integration with ITSM systems, and comprehensive
understanding of frameworks such as IT4IT and ITSM.

<\/div>Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/p>
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation<\/b> of monitoring and
reporting solutions for large -scale on -premises platforms.
<\/li>Evaluate
and recommend products & solutions<\/b> in the monitoring and
reporting tooling landscape, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
<\/li>Develop
and maintain a broad reporting framework<\/b> covering infrastructure,
OS, middleware, COTS applications, and custom/on -demand applications.
<\/li>Drive ITSM
integration of events<\/b> (with and without SNMP and REST API inputs)
ensuring seamless data flow into incident, change, and problem management
workflows.
<\/li>Ensure CMDB
(Configuration Management Database) integration<\/b> with monitoring and
reporting tools.
<\/li>Collaborate
with stakeholders to define and optimize reporting requirements across
all platform layers<\/b>.
<\/li>Provide thought
leadership<\/b> on frameworks such as IT4IT, ITSM<\/b>, and industry best
practices.
<\/li>Act as a trusted advisor<\/b> to the customer, supporting governance, compliance,
and operational efficiency through effective monitoring and reporting
solutions.
<\/li>Work
closely with customer’s technical and business teams, ensuring clear and
professional communication (German proficiency highly advantageous).
<\/li><\/ul>
<\/div>Required Technical Skills & Experience<\/b>
<\/p>
10+
years of IT experience<\/b>, with at least 5+ years in Monitoring &
Reporting architecture<\/b> for large on -premises environments.
<\/li>Deep
expertise<\/b> in Monitoring & Reporting tools and platforms (e.g.,
Micro Focus Operations Bridge, BMC TrueSight, IBM Tivoli, Nagios, Zabbix,
Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or equivalent enterprise tools).
<\/li>Strong
knowledge of event management, log analytics, performance monitoring,
and alert correlation<\/b> frameworks.
<\/li>Hands -on
experience with ITSM tool integrations<\/b> (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC
Remedy, HP Service Manager) including event, incident, and CMDB
integration.
<\/li>Familiarity
with SNMP, REST APIs, Syslog, and other standard monitoring interfaces<\/b>.
<\/li>Strong
understanding of reporting & analytics frameworks<\/b> for
infrastructure, applications, and services.
<\/li>Proven
ability to design solutions that ensure end -to -end monitoring coverage<\/b> across OS, middleware, commercial off -the -shelf (COTS) apps, and on -demand
apps.
<\/li>Knowledge
of frameworks<\/b> such as IT4IT, ITIL/ITSM<\/b> and their application
in monitoring/reporting contexts.
<\/li>Strong
solutioning and documentation skills with the ability to translate complex
requirements into actionable architectures.
<\/li><\/ul>
<\/div>Soft Skills & Other Requirements<\/b>
<\/p>
Native -level
German (C1 or above)<\/b> strongly preferred to manage customer -facing
interactions, workshops, and documentation.
<\/li>Excellent
communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
<\/li>Ability
to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
<\/li>Strong
problem -solving and analytical mindset.
<\/li>Immediate
availability is required due to the urgency of the role.
