What You’ll Do:
- Prospect like a pro — referral generation, D2D, and phone calls are your bread and butter.
- Prove yourself — start by self-generating and closing your own leads.
- Recruit & build — once you’ve shown results, begin building your own team of sales killers.
- Get calendar support — we’ll feed you call center appointments and new recruits, but you’ll also recruit and coach your own.
- Lead from the front — stay in the top 3 of your team’s closers every month.
- Scale your income — overrides + personal sales = next-level earnings.

Requirements:
- Previous solar sales or direct sales experience required.
- Reliable transportation.
