As Service Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, drive customer satisfaction, and support technicians across electrical service calls. You’ll play a key role in workflow scheduling, team development, and client relationship management—delivering best-in-class service to our commercial and industrial customers.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and dispatch a team of field service technicians for electrical jobs
- Oversee project timelines, quality control, and customer communication
- Serve as the liaison between customers, contractors, and internal departments
- Ensure safety compliance and adherence to company standards
- Assist in estimating, quoting, and reviewing service contracts
- Develop and coach your team for long-term success
- Monitor KPIs and contribute to department growth targets
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in electrical service, with supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial/industrial systems, troubleshooting, and repair
- Ability to manage multiple service calls, customer needs, and technician scheduling
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with field service management software is a plus
