Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
* Prepare and issue Requests for Quotations (RFQs).
- Evaluate bids commercially.
* Create and issue Purchase Orders using Oracle.
* Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers.
* Drive cost savings and value through supplier engagement.
* Participate in weekly project team meetings and provide procurement status updates.
Work Schedule:
* In-office: Monday-Thursday
* Remote: Friday
* Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible and open to discussion)
This is a contract position with the potential to transition to full-time employment after one year.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas (Capital Projects), Energy, or Midstream sectors
