ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process biweekly payroll through ADP Workforce Now (or applicable ADP platform).
- Process mileage and other reimbursements
- Review and verify timesheets, PTO requests, and attendance records for accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with wage, hour, and labor laws.
- Prepare and maintain employee files and HR documentation (new hire, termination, benefits, etc.).
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
- Support HR Manager with reports, audits, and compliance filings.
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity of all employee records.
- Assist with HR projects, communications, and company initiatives as needed.
