Role Overview for Sr Project Manager
Wondering what your day-to-day could look like as our new SrProject Manager? In this role you'llbe responsible for managing the execution of BESS projects from Limited Notice to Proceed activities through to Final Completion. This includes managing and coordinating all related activities with various stakeholders, including internal departments, the client/owner, equipment vendors, EPCs and general contractors, and various subcontractors to provide a 'turn-key' BESS project. A significant amount of project management and EPC construction experience is , as well as demonstrated influence, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
You’ll report to the Project Director in our Project Implementation department, and contribute your expertise to exciting projects, and help us set new standards for quality and sustainability in the industry.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Sr Project Manager
Manage the execution of one or more cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity (quality, scope, schedule, cost, communication, resource issues, risks, and customer satisfaction).
Serve as the primary point of contact by establishing, maintaining, and managing customer, subcontractor, and joint venture partner's expectations (where applicable) relating to project performance.
Assemble project plans and teamwork assignments, direct and monitor work efforts on a daily basis, identify resource needs, perform quality reviews, and escalate functionality, quality, and timeline issues appropriately.
Coordinate communication with all areas of the organization that impacts the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed.
Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
