We are seeking hard\-working and reliable General Laborers<\/b> with utility\-scale solar project experience. This position involves hands\-on tasks correcting pile and racking issues under the direction of the Mechanical Lead. Ideal candidates will have experience in solar or construction labor and be comfortable working outdoors in a fast\-paced environment.
<\/p>
Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>
Perform physical remediation work on driven piles, including hammering, straightening, and alignment correction (no re\-driving).
<\/li>
<\/ul>
Adjust and secure solar racking components to meet project specifications and tolerances.
<\/li>
<\/ul>
Use hand tools, impact drivers, torque wrenches, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
<\/li>
<\/ul>
Assist with torque checks, bracing, and reinstallation of hardware or components as needed.
<\/li>
<\/ul>
Follow instructions from the Mechanical Lead to ensure all work is completed accurately and on time.
<\/li>
<\/ul>
Adhere to all site safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
<\/li>
<\/ul>
Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with material handling as needed.
<\/li>
<\/ul>
Report any issues or safety concerns to the Lead promptly.
<\/li>
<\/ul>
Qualifications:<\/b>
<\/p>
1+ year of experience in solar installation, construction, or general labor preferred.
<\/li>
<\/ul>
Familiarity with solar racking systems and pile installation a plus.
<\/li>
<\/ul>
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
<\/li>
<\/ul>
Comfortable using hand and power tools safely.
<\/li>
<\/ul>
Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
<\/li>
<\/ul>
OSHA 10 certification preferred but not required.
<\/li>
<\/ul>
Physical Requirements:<\/b>
<\/p>
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
<\/li>
<\/ul>
Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and manual labor throughout the workday.
<\/li>
<\/ul>
Ability to work outdoors for extended periods on uneven terrain.
