We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Manager to lead our clients Technical Department. This role is pivotal in driving the full lifecycle of power projects—from initial scoping and design to seamless implementation and commissioning. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strategic leadership, and a passion for sustainable energy.
Job Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Execution
- Lead the technical scoping, feasibility analysis, and design of solar PV and energy storage systems for Residential C&I clients
- Oversee end-to-end project execution, including designing, winning the project, installation, testing, and commissioning
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and client specifications
Departmental Management
- Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary technical team (design engineers, site supervisors, technicians)
- Develop and enforce technical workflows, documentation standards, and quality assurance protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with sales, procurement, and operations teams
Technical Strategy & Innovation
- Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate innovative solutions into project designs
- Optimize system performance through advanced modeling, simulation, and data analytics
- Drive continuous improvement in design efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and reliability
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Provide technical support during client consultations, site assessments, and proposal development
- Present engineering solutions and project plans to internal and external stakeholders
- Serve as the technical authority during project reviews, audits, and client handovers
Job Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in solar PV and energy storage projects, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record in delivering commercial and industrial energy projects
- Strong knowledge of energy storage systems (Li-ion, hybrid systems, BMS integration)
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, PVSyst, Helioscope) and project management software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Certification and experience manufacturers like Huawei or similar.
