The Project Delivery Regional Manager is a strategic leader accountable for the implementation and performance of GPM&S SCADA and PPC solutions across EMEA and LATAM. Reporting directly to the Onsite Global Director, this role ensures operational excellence, client satisfaction, and alignment with business objectives. The Head of Section leads through Team Leads and partners closely with other regional and functional leaders to foster collaboration, drive harmonization, and avoid siloed operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership & Accountability
- Own the delivery and results of the section, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and KPIs.
- Act as the primary liaison with the Director, providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations on his/her Section.
- Champion a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
- People Leadership through Team Leads
- Lead and develop Team Leads, supporting their growth and leadership capabilities.
- Ensure effective resource planning, talent development, and succession planning.
- Promote a high-performance culture through coaching, feedback, and recognition.
- Operational Excellence & Regional Collaboration
- Oversee the implementation and operational delivery of SCADA and PPC solutions in EMEA and LATAM.
- Actively collaborate with other Heads of Section and regional teams to align on standards, share best practices, and contribute to harmonization efforts.
- Participate in cross-regional initiatives to improve consistency and scalability, while maintaining clear ownership of the section’s scope.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Manage client escalations that reach Section level, ensuring timely resolution and strategic follow-up.
- Represent the Section in key client interactions and support business development efforts.
- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement and oversight.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., GI, IT, Cloud, Finance) to ensure seamless operations and alignment.
- Contribute to cross-departmental initiatives and strategic projects.
- Reporting & Insights
- Monitor and report on financial and operational KPIs, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI) to track performance and identify trends.
- Prepare strategic presentations and contribute to senior leadership forums.

QualificationsTo be successful in this role you need to have:
- Proven experience leading complex teams through Team Leads or Managers.
- Experience in the renewable energy sector is highly valued.
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change, improve processes, and collaborate across regions.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and international environment.
