About the Role:
We are seeking a forward-thinking People Policy & Governance Manager to shape and scale our global People foundation. This role goes beyond drafting policies; it builds the structures, programs, and systems that allow managers and Employee Success Partners (ESPs) to lead confidently. You will ensure our People practices are consistent, compliant, and business-aligned, enabling the function to act as a growth accelerator.
This highly visible individual contributor role blends strategic design and hands-on execution. You will partner with People Team leadership, Legal, Accounting (Tax), Finance, Safety, InfoSec/Security, and Workplace to anticipate risk, simplify complexity, and deliver scalable and practical solutions.
The scope of this role is global, with responsibility for compliance and governance programs across the United States and EMEA. You will serve as a People Team contact for matters related to wage and hour compliance, worker classification, immigration, pre-employment screening, and other employment practice risks that connect policy, compliance, and operations.
What You'll Be Working On:

7+ years of HR, compliance, or employment law experience in a fast-moving, global environment.
Deep knowledge of employment law, wage and hour, and classification frameworks across the US and EMEA.
Experience building and maintaining compliance and governance programs across multiple jurisdictions.
Familiarity with immigration and mobility program administration.
Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions.
Proven ability to anticipate risk, operationalize controls, and drive accountability in a high-growth environment.

Compensation Range
Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $107,000 -$150,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
