Programme Lead, Sustainability & Regulatory Change - The role:
Join Linklaters’ Business Change team as a Programme Lead, driving our Sustainability and Regulatory Change value stream. This is a key leadership position within our Portfolio and Programme Management Centre of Excellence, overseeing firmwide initiatives that deliver measurable value and align with our strategic goals.
You will:
- Lead and deliver complex, high-impact programmes from business case through to sustainable implementation.
- Oversee a team of expert Project Managers, ensuring effective governance, stakeholder engagement, and successful change adoption.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritise initiatives, collaborating closely with senior leadership.
- Champion process optimisation, technology adoption, and organisational transformation across the firm
Programme Lead, Sustainability & Regulatory Change - What we're looking for:
We’re seeking an experienced programme leader who combines robust delivery skills with deep subject matter knowledge in sustainability and regulatory change.
You will bring:
- Significant experience (5+ years) managing large-scale programmes and projects, ideally within a global professional services or legal environment.
- Proven track record in delivering programmes addressing new regulatory requirements and sustainability goals.
- Formal programme/project management qualifications (e.g., MSP, PRINCE2, PMP, APM).
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- A passion for driving positive change, solution-oriented thinking, and a commitment to best practice.
- Forward-thinking, collaborative, and inclusive mindset aligned with Linklaters’ values.
