AMP8 is poised to deliver the largest investment in the water sector's history, with a monumental £104bn regulatory settlement approved. This unprecedented funding will enable the development and delivery of generational projects, including new reservoirs, interconnectors, and an expanded capital investment programme. These initiatives aim to enhance infrastructure resilience and meet the growing environmental demands of the sector.

WSP in the UK is experiencing exceptional growth across its Water Sector Project, Cost, PMO and Programme Solutions services. With significant new opportunities secured for AMP8, WSP is firmly positioned to maintain and expand its role in the Water market.
This growth underscores WSP's commitment to the sector and delivering upon its promise to drive innovative solutions and play a leading part in AMP8 and beyond.
We are looking for talented individuals in the following disciplines:
- Project and Programme Management (focus on NEC3/4)
- Project Controls / Digital PMO
- Risk Management
- Scheduling
- Cost and Commercial Management
- Cost Intelligence and Assurance

Locations – UK wide
What we will be looking for you to demonstrate…
- Degree level qualification or equivalent in project management, quantity surveying and/or an engineering discipline.
- Excellent leadership skills that can build and maintain relationships with strong interpersonal skills
- Obtainment (where applicable) of NEC accreditation – NEC3 and/or 4
- Membership of professional institutions, preferably Chartered.
- Ability to demonstrate relevant discipline competence
- Proficiency in use of project delivery tools and software
- Evidence of higher attainment and professional development
- Demonstrable experience in a collaborative integrated delivery team preferable
- Natural communicator, negotiator, and champion of good practice
