As the Manager of Renewable Projects, you will be leading a diverse team of engineers who provide controls and software solutions for Solar, Battery Energy Storage, and Wind applications. We are looking to add an ambitious and forward-thinking industry leader to our organization and would love to hear from you! This position will be based in our Cranberry Township, PA headquarters.
AS A MANAGER, RENEWABLE POWER YOU WILL:
- Provide leadership and mentorship for all employees and related activities for the Renewable Projects team
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution of activities for projects with contractual complexity and risk ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
- Enable employee growth to support the growth of the business.
- Work to build collaborative relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders to provide outstanding quality services and support.
- Provide business insight by staying up to date market trends to develop enhanced ways of offering and delivering services.
- Cultivate innovation by driving new standard methodologies across multi-functional teams by effectively communicating and driving engagement.

For This Role You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of related experience
- Historical record of success leading teams in manufacturing or engineering organizations through the development and execution of strategies and plans
- Self-motivated with the ability to focus on priorities and thrive in a timeline-driven environment
- Demonstrate full understanding and application of management approaches for work direction, motivation, and performance management
- Up to 20% travel
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Prior engineering experience with emphasis on control system design and commissioning
- Experience with SCADA software, industrial network configuration, industrial communication protocols
- Experience with Solar, Battery Energy Storage System, and/or Wind Turbine control system applications.
- Experience with renewable grid code requirements in North America
- Prior management experience
