About the Role
Join our Installation Team and start your career in the wind industry – no experience needed.
You will support the installation of onshore wind turbines across Europe, from component preparation to final assembly, under the guidance of experienced technicians.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in unloading and preparing turbine components on-site.
• Support in mechanical installation of towers, nacelles and hubs.
• Operate basic tools and follow technical instructions.
• Work according to safety procedures and site standards.
• Collaborate with experienced technicians to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
• Ability to use basic power tools.
• Category B driving licence.
• Communicative English (min. B1).
• Readiness to travel internationally and work in rotation.
• Good physical condition and no fear of heights.
• Team-player mindset and willingness to learn.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with tools, mechanics, car repair or DIY projects.
