The company undertakes a variety of services including energy management solutions, distributed energy as well as power engineering, infrastructure and facilities management in Hong Kong and Chinese Mainland with the focus on the Greater Bay Area (GBA).
We are looking for an energetic and innovative engineering professional to join our Contracting Business Department. The appointee will be assigned to work in the Hong Kong International Airport in Chek Lap Kok and responsible for the following major duties:
- Provide safety & quality services to management, employees and contractors
- Monitor site safety & quality performance, and assist the contractors to make prompt rectifications and improvement plans for management review
- Implement Health, Safety, Security, Environment & Quality (HSSEQ) programme according to the business needs and fully comply with the latest legislations and the company’s HSSEQ requirements
- Provide professional advice to the management for decision making regarding safety issues
- Attend urgent site meetings / conduct site inspection / deliver safety training / handle safety issues outside normal working hours if required
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- A recognized university degree in safety or relevant engineering disciplines or equivalent plus at least 3 years’ relevant working experience
- Registered as a Safety Officer under Labour Department
- A recognized training in industrial safety or occupational hygiene would be an added advantage
- Familiar with the safety requirements of CLP Power (CLPP) and Airport Authority is preferred
- Working experience in CLPP projects would be an added advantage
- Good knowledge in local safety & health regulations and HSSEQ management systems
- Possession of a Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate
- Possession of a valid Driving License
- Self-motivated, strong interpersonal skill and able to work independently
- Candidate with less experience / qualification will be considered as Senior Associate
