- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field.
- Meets project, client and regulatory deadlines.
- Works in a timely fashion to meet project budgets.
- Working knowledge of NEPA and state environmental regulations and guidance a must.
- Communicates effectively with clients, coworkers, sub consultants, and county/agency review staff.
- knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access and Adobe Acrobat.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microstation and/or ArcGIS, Bentley software products a plus.
