Ansell is looking for an EHS Supervisor to join our team in Ansell Vina!
In this position, you is responsible for implementing and maintaining Ansell’s Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (OHSE) management systems in alignment with local legal requirements and company’s standards.

What your role will be?
Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the EHS Manager, you will:
I.OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY:
1.Implementation of High-Risk Task (HRT) Programs.
Execute and monitor the implementation of High-Risk Task (HRT) framework covering\: Machine Guarding, Confined Space Entry, Contractor Safety Management, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Powered Industrial Truck (PIT), Hazardous Substances Handling, Electrical Work, Working at Height.
Support the identification, assessment, and control of risks associated with high-risk activities, ensuring compliance with both internal standards and Vietnamese regulations.
Conduct regular inspections, verifications, and competency evaluations for personnel engaged in high-risk work.
2.Implementation of Core Operating Procedures (COPs).
Support and ensure full implementation of core operating procedures including risk assessment, management of change (MOC), workplace design and ergonomics, occupational health management, incident management and root cause analysis
Emergency preparedness and response, personal protective equipment (PPE), employee transportation safety, physical security management.
3.EHS Training and Competency Development.
Develop and implement EHS training programs to ensure compliance with Vietnamese legal requirements and company’s EHS standards.
Conduct and coordinate statutory safety training, refresher courses, and specialized competency programs for employees, supervisors, and contractors.
Maintain training matrices, competency records, and certification renewals as required by law and corporate systems.
Promote a strong safety culture through awareness sessions, toolbox talks, and behavior-based safety programs.
II.ENVIRONMENT CONTROL:
Operate and oversee the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), including daily process control and supervision of ETP operators.
Manage solid waste segregation, storage, and disposal in compliance with environmental permits and local laws.
Monitor air emissions, wastewater, and environmental parameters in accordance with approved environmental monitoring plans.
Support environmental audits, compliance inspections, and reporting to local authorities and corporate systems.
Identify and implement opportunities for resource efficiency and environmental improvement (e.g., waste reduction, water reuse, energy optimization).
III.LEGAL & STANDARD COMPLIANCE
Maintain a strong understanding of Vietnamese EHS legislation and relevant international standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 14064-1).
Ensure site EHS activities are implemented in accordance with both legal requirements and company’s EHS policies.
Participate in internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory engagements, and ensure prompt closure of corrective actions.
IV.CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT AND CULTURE BUILDING
Support safety leadership initiatives, training programs, and awareness campaigns to promote a proactive EHS culture.
Conduct data analysis, trend tracking, and reporting to identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionals to ensure EHS standards are embedded in all workplace operations.
What will you bring to Ansell
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, environmental engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
Job Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Knowledge and Skills
·Strong knowledge of Vietnam labor laws, occupational heath & safety laws and environent laws.
·Familiarity with international standards such as ISO 14001/45001/50001/14064-1, and ESG reporting frameworks.
·Practical hands-on experience in high-risk task management, medical room operations, and environmental systems.
·Good command of English and Vietnamese (both verbal and written).
·Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
·Demonstrated ability to implement and sustain EHS programs with attention to detail and compliance discipline.
Working time\: Monday – Friday (7\:30 AM - 4\:00 PM)
