Requirements<\/h3>

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>

Identify and evaluate potential land sites for renewable energy projects.
<\/li> Work collaboratively with internal teams, including Planning, Project Management, and Grid Connections, to assemble necessary land for project viability.
<\/li> Negotiate and secure land agreements, leases, and easements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
<\/li> Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners throughout the development process.
<\/li> Maintain comprehensive records of land agreements, contracts, and communications.
<\/li> Ensure all land acquisitions align with planning requirements.
<\/li> Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to establish effective land strategies.
<\/li> Oversee land agents and provide regular reporting on land status, including commercial aspects.
<\/li> Support community engagement strategies in conjunction with the project development team.
<\/li> Coordinate with legal and development teams throughout the land acquisition process.
<\/li> Work closely with project development teams to ensure land acquisition timelines and budgets align with overall project objectives.
<\/li> Stay informed on industry trends, policies, and best practices in land acquisition and renewable energy development.
