à <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure consistency of Project design with customers environmental objectives, contractual requirements and applicable regulations<\/span>

à <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure execution and coordination of activities and studies for the environmental compatibility of onshore and offshore projects consistently with project budget and schedule.<\/span>
<\/p>
à <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage and supervise the following activities and deliverables:<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Project Environmental design criteria and management plans<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Noise Studies\/modellings<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Air quality Studies\/modellings<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Fugitive emission estimations (VOC and GHG)<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Best Available Technology benchmark assessments<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Pollutant dispersion in water bodies studies<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Environmental Monitoring Plans<\/span>
<\/p>
à <\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate and follow\-up EIA procedures and other environmental authorization procedures for Authorities<\/span>
<\/p>
à <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage interface with Client, other JV Contractors, and local authorities in developing environmental activities<\/span>
<\/p>
à <\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide Environmental support to technical and commercial bid activities<\/span>
<\/p>

<\/div>Tasks:<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
<\/div>
\- Ensure the implementation of the Environmental Management System at site in compliance with Contractor and Company requirements.
\- Ensure, together with the relevant technical Functions, the implementation of Company strategies for GHGs\/Climate change and energy management at site.
\- Manage the relevant environmental permits and monitor application.
\- Develop Specific Environmental Plans\/Procedures (i.e. Waste\/Chemical\/Water Management Plan, etc.), and monitor implementation;
\- Ensure protection of sensitive areas;
\- Develop spill prevention and response plan, monitor its implementation and ensure the implementation of the environmental emergency exercises\/drills program.
\- Ensuring compliance with noise and air quality requirements.
\- Establishing an environmental monitoring and audit program applicable to all phases of operations.
\- Take part in incident investigation;Oversee construction activities on a regular basis through inspections\/walkthroughs\/audits.
\- Support Construction Manager\/Site Manger in pollution prevention issues and collaborate with him to ensure fulfilment of all requirements.
\- Monitor SUBCONTRACTORâs Site activities and their compliance with Project EMS.
\- Organize environmental training sessions and deliver trainings to Site workforce.
\- Ensure collection and management of lessons learned and identification of opportunities for improvement.
\- Prepare reports and statistics of the site environmental performance.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
à <\/span><\/span><\/span>Master degree in Chemical\/Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science or equivalent<\/span>
à <\/span><\/span><\/span>10+ years of experience in similar role, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry<\/span>
à <\/span><\/span><\/span>Deep Knowledge and control of international regulations concerning environment<\/span>
à <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience in International Environmental Permitting activities<\/span>
à <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience in environmental emissions assessments (noise, air, GHG, effluents)<\/span>
à <\/span><\/span><\/span>Well\-established knowledge of noise and air quality aspects. Practical knowledge of predictive models is recommended.<\/span>
