- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D degree from an accredited university in civil/environmental/ chemical engineering or related sciences field and at least 5+ years of demonstrated consulting experience in Southern California serving IGP Clients.
- Storm water industrial certification is required (QISP), others are preferred CA-Civil PE, CPSWQ, CPESC, QSD.
- Strong understanding of the Los Angeles Phase I NPDES Permit. Other Phase I MS4 permits in southern California also desirable.
- Extensive experience with water quality monitoring equipment (autosamplers, water quality meters, flow monitoring, data loggers, remote telemetry, innovative use of novel monitoring devices).
- Strong operational use of computer databases and office programs (MS Access, MS Excel, MS Word).
- Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to prepare reports and proposals.
- Excellent writing and analytical skills a must.
- Project team management oversight and leadership ability.
The pay range for this position in California is $120,000 to $140,000 annually. The base pay offered may be higher or lower, depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, along with a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, depending on the position offered.
