Description

Day to day documentation and administrative work for execution of project.
Documents filling and sorting as per project needs.
Control of inbound and outbound of project documents.
Create and record meeting minutes.
Prepare and ensure all project report up to dates
Work with internal parties as per project needs.
To contribute, comply and committed toward the company Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Management System by making sure it is full compliances to International Standard, Legal compliances, local regulations, and any code of practice.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Electrical, Structural, Civil Engineer equivalent or is expected to obtain it within the next year.

Posted own transportation

Willing to travel as when required.
