The Project
Success Specialist is the heartbeat of the customer journey. You’ll be the
friendly voice and proactive problem-solver who makes sure everything runs
smoothly from start to finish. From HOA approvals to installation updates,
you’ll be the go-to expert ensuring customers feel informed, supported, and
excited every step of the way.
What You’ll Be
Doing (Your Superpowers in Action)
- Own the HOA Process:
- You’ll be the liaison between our customers and their HOAs—submitting applications, following up relentlessly, and clearing any roadblocks like a pro.
- Be the Customer’s Hero:
- From engineering and permitting to installation and interconnection, you’ll keep customers in the loop, answer their questions, and make sure they always know what’s next.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve:
- Track deadlines, keep projects on schedule, and communicate like a boss so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Solve Problems Before They Exist:
- Anticipate issues, handle challenges with a smile, and always find a way to say, “We’ve got you covered.”
What You’ll
Bring to the Table
- A knack for clear, friendly communication—you can explain complex processes in simple terms.
- Follow-up game on point—you never leave a customer hanging.
- Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat.
- A natural problem-solver who loves turning “uh-oh” moments into “all good!”
- Proficiency with tech tools like CRM platforms, email systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with HOA or permitting processes (a plus but not required—we’ll teach you!).
- A team-first mindset with the confidence to own your role

Monday through Friday from 8am - 5pm, with variation as required to support operations from time-to-time
