Senior Offshore Project Planner / Scheduler - Global EPCM working on a Pivotal project
A leading EPCM engaged in the delivery of major offshore oil & gas projects are seeking a highly skilled Project Planner/Scheduler to join their Perth-based team. You will provide planning expertise across the full offshore project lifecycle – from proposal through execution and commissioning.
The Role
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed offshore project schedules in Primavera P6/MS Project, ensuring activities are accurately sequenced and resourced. This includes:
- Coordinating schedules across engineering, procurement, and offshore execution teams.
- Tracking progress and highlighting risks or delays before they impact delivery.
- Producing clear, insightful reports for managers and stakeholders.
- Supporting offshore campaigns by ensuring work plans are achievable and aligned with project milestones.
- Contributing to a culture of safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Planner/Scheduler on offshore oil & gas projects.
- Strong knowledge of planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project or similar).
- Ability to work closely with engineering and offshore supervisors to keep plans practical and accurate.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Someone who thrives in fast-paced project environments and enjoys working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
