We are looking for our new <\/span>Land Manager (Poland)<\/b> <\/span>to lead
the search for and identification of suitable sites for Solar PV, BESS,
and onshore wind developments all across Poland<\/span>. Reporting to the Business Development Poland, this person will be based in PoznaÅ<\/b> <\/span>(with the possibility of hybrid remote working, regular travels to visit sites and attend meetings with landlords
or local authorities will be requested<\/span>).<\/span><\/span>

What you’ll do: <\/span>
<\/div>Identify the most suitable areas beforehand;<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Lead negotiations with landowners and stakeholders through
to the closing of contracts;<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Work closely with local communities, elected
representatives, local authorities and trade unions;<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Take part in consultation meetings and give feedback on
stakeholder expectations;<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Build relationships based on trust and transparency
throughout the project;<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Develop and manage a network of local business introducers,
including estate agents, energy consultants and other partners, to identify new
land opportunities;<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Build and update the Polish database of land agreements.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
What you’ll
need: <\/span>
<\/p>
<\/p>
Master’s degree or
bachelor’s degree in environmental planning, landscape architecture, urban
planning, engineering, geography, or equivalent experience; <\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Minimum of 5 years' professional experience, including 3 years in a role
related to rural land search and management, preferably in energy projects such
as photovoltaic technologies or other renewable energy sources;<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Proven negotiation and commercial skills;<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Driver’s license and high willingness to travel across Poland;<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Native Polish
speaker (or equivalent) and with good knowledge of English; <\/span>
<\/span><\/li>You are happy to visit sites, negotiate land and attend meetings with
government departments or organisations;<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>You are proactive, autonomous and capable of working both as a part of a
team and individually;<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>You enjoy taking on new challenges and make innovative proposals;<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>You have the ability to prioritise tasks in an
agile way, as well as a dynamic approach <\/span>to
problem solving and dealing with setbacks.<\/span>
