Job Title: Technical Manager – Renewable Energy & Waste Innovation

About the Role
We are seeking a forward-thinking Technical Manager to join our team and drive innovative projects across the Renewable Energy and Waste Management sectors. From Energy Recovery Facilities to BioGas Refueling, you’ll play a key role in delivering engineering solutions to complex operational challenges while supporting senior leadership in shaping the future of sustainable infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical delivery of growth, development, and enhancement projects.

Collaborate with Site, Plant, and Commercial teams to identify and resolve engineering challenges.

Support investment decisions through robust business models and technical input.

Ensure full regulatory compliance across all projects and operations.

Drive cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements.

Contribute to the company’s long-term sustainability and innovation agenda.
About You

Proven background in engineering and/or project management, ideally within energy, waste, or infrastructure.

Commercially astute with the ability to translate technical insight into business value.

Strong knowledge of UK environmental regulations and subsidy schemes.

Innovative, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel as required.
